Separation. Oneness
I don't know yet.
I don't know yet. I actually hate to start the text this way, but the Socratic approach to life has never mistaken me yet, while we as humans hate to err or to admit we have yet to learn, and I'm no exception to that. But here I am.
Stating that I don't know yet if our separation starts before we descend to the plane of Earth, so when we go from the Creator's realm, or when we leave the wombs of our mothers.
I have a hunch, though, that it starts before birth. Why? It's all about the body. And stuck emotions from the mother, if she has a hard time during pregnancy, are a thing, and prenatal emotions from parents are also a thing that later on can influence a human if not discharged. And ancestral emotions too influence the behavioral aspects of a human.
Maybe my whole approach is incorrect. But it lingers on the hunch I have deep down. The hunch that we descend into this world innocent, ready to embrace joy, love, and pleasure. And then we get hit by the train called human existence.
And why do I bother even to call it separation?
We get separated from our mothers.
We get separated from our memories from before this life.
We get separated from our bodies.
We get separated from others.
Sometimes from life itself.
We even get separated from our souls if life hits particularly hard.
There is separation between us and our shadows,
mind and heart, separation from heaven and the Earth, from our roots, from health and wellbeing, from home.
Is this why we are here?
To find our way through and heal the separation and come back to the state of Oneness? Or as psychology likes to call it, a state of integration?
Let me know what you think.
